- Level: 1 small pizza
- 1 whole-wheat tortilla
- 2 tbsps. Low fat Quark cheese
- 4 tomato slices
- 2 turkey slices
- Italian Herbs
- Put he tortilla into an oven tray.
- Add two tablespoons of quark cheese and spread all over the tortilla.
- Add tomato and turkey (chopped). Spread some Italian herbs on top.
- Heat to oven to 200º and bake for 6-7 minutes.
- Take off the oven and add arugula.
