This week I had the pleasure to start a new section on blog: Healthy Eating. The first post was a tasty and healthy toast and that’s why I want to continue with the topic and show you my Top 3 of Healthy Toasts for fit people (even though I can’t eat the tomato one anymore) They will give you all the energy you need for the day.

1- AVOCADO, LEMON, LIME & WHITE CHEESE TOAST

I usually use lemon juice to prevent my fresh groceries and fruits to get Brown and rusty. That’s how I discover lemon and avocado. If you add some white cheese and lime, you’ll get the perfect toast for the warm weather that’s coming.

2- COTTAGE CHEESE, BLUE TOMATOES & CHOCOLATE BALSAMIC TOAST

I have recently discovered blue tomatoes. And, even though I cannot eat them, my father loves them and there are no other tomatoes at home. With some low fat cottage cheese, thyme and Rosemary, you’ll get a super healthy version of pizza.

If you want something different, try adding a few drops of chocolate balsamic.

3- RYE BREAD TOAST WITH AVOCADO, SPANISH HAM AND GRILLED EGG
