One of the things that have surprised me the most about my healthy self is that I have stopped craving junk food. And, what is worst, If I eat it, the next mornign I feel hangover.
Yeah, food hangover is a real thing; I have googled it. My body doesn’t want junk food and can’t stand it; I rather eat a piece of a raw cake or sweet. And that’s why I’ve made these delicious brownies that I’m sure you will enjoy as much as I do.
As you’ll see, they have almost no sugar and the sugar I’m using is coconut one as it’s more natural and the taste is amazing.
I must say, I have eaten my piece with a teaspoong of peanut butter on top (no sugar, no salt, just peanuts) and some cacao nibs, but you can eat it without it bacause they are really soft and delicious.
