
I’m not really a fan of granola. I can stand muesli but I’m not really a cereal person and I prefer to have a couple of toasts and a huge coffee for breakfast.
But I know you like granola (at home they like it too), so I have decided to make my own version without oven for you to enjoy it all summer long.
I have used dried fruits with my granola but I must admit that with chocolate is irresistible.




Ingredients
- 180 grams rolled oats
- 2 tbsps. Chia seeds
- 35 grams melted butter
- 90 grams honey
- 100 grams dried fruits
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oats and chia seeds.
- In another bowl, mix honey and melted butter.
- Put The oats into a frying pan and cook it until brown.
- Add the honey with the butter and mix well.
- Cook until the oats are covered and slightly caramelised.
- Take off the heat and let it cool completely.
- Then, add the fruits and mix.
