Granola Casera Sin Horno

I’m not really a fan of granola. I can stand muesli but I’m not really a cereal person and I prefer to have a couple of toasts and a huge coffee for breakfast.

But I know you like granola (at home they like it too), so I have decided to make my own version without oven for you to enjoy it all summer long.

I have used dried fruits with my granola but I must admit that with chocolate is irresistible.


(English) No oven Homemade Granola

  • Serves: 4
  • Level: 1 big jar

Ingredients

  • 180 grams rolled oats
  • 2 tbsps. Chia seeds
  • 35 grams melted butter
  • 90 grams honey
  • 100 grams dried fruits

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix oats and chia seeds.
  2. In another bowl, mix honey and melted butter.
  3. Put The oats into a frying pan and cook it until brown.
  4. Add the honey with the butter and mix well.
  5. Cook until the oats are covered and slightly caramelised.
  6. Take off the heat and let it cool completely.
  7. Then, add the fruits and mix.
