Snack en 5 minutos para llevar | Yogur con frutas y frutos secos

I’m selling this yogurt to you as a snack but, certainly, it can be a great breakfast too. In addition, I know a lot of you people say that you don’t have enought time in the mornings to have a proper breakfast at home and this is the perfect solution fot you as you just have to close your mason jar and take it with you. You can eat it anywhere: in the bus, in the office…

Of course, you should stay with the plain yogurt to keep it healthy and natural but, don’t worry, we are going to sweet it up naturally. The choice of a plain yogurt is explained because when it has flavours on it, normally, they contain sugars, artificial sweeteners or other aditives you don0t really need.

For the granola, I use my homemade granola recipe but there are a few brands out there selling good quality granolas that are sugar free. If you’re curious, just leave a comment asking and I’ll tell you everything.
