Tostada Verde con Huevos de Codorniz

One of the greatest pleasures in my day by day life is breakfast. I use to enjoy toast, French omelette or pancakes (#PancakeFriday) as breakfast and when I choose toasts, I love to spread some of my homemade cream cheese on top. But, if I have a very hard day ahead or I’m going to train hard, I like to have a more complete one.

Avocado and rye bread will give you energy while asparagus and eggs will give you veggie and animal protein so you’ll get a very complete meal.

Grab a coffee, enjoy your toast and smash the day!

(English) Green Toast With Quail Eggs


  • 1 slice of rye bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3 asparagus
  • 2 quail eggs
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon Juice


  1. Toast a slice of rye bread.
  2. Cut the avocado in sliced and put it on top of the toast.
  3. Add some salt and lemon on it.
  4. Put a dash of olive oil into a frying pan and cook the asparagus.
  5. Put them in the toast.
  6. Make two quail eggs on the grill and put them on the toast.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
