Ingredients
- 200 grams cooked chickpeas
- A dash of olive oil as decoration
- 2 tbsps. olive oil
- 3 tbsps. water
- 1 tbsp. tahini (made with white sesame seeds)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 ctsp. ground ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsps. lemon juice
- White and black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredientes (except for the dash of olive oil and the seeds) with a blender.
- Add a dash of olive oil and the seeds when serving and eat woth some pita bread os toasts.
