(English) Banana & Cacao Brownies

Ingredients

  • 250 grams banana (2 medium bananas)
  • Cacao Nibs
  • 2 tbsps. Coconut sugar
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 60 grams oat flour
  • 45 grams pure cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsps. Baking powder
  • 1 XL egg
  • 50 m coconut drink
  • Peanut Butter

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 150ºC.
  2. Peal the bananas, cut them into slices and smash them. Reserve.
  3. Whisk the egg with the sugar and then add the banana, milk and vanilla. Mix together and use a blender if needed so you get a plain batter.
  4. Add the dry ingredients (cacao, oat flour and baking powder) and mix.
  5. Prepare a mould with baking paper or spreading some coconut oil into it and pour the batter.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes and let the brownies cool before unmould and cut into 50g squares.
