(English) CACAO AND ALMOND ENERGY BALLS

Ingredients

  • 100 grams pitted dates
  • 100 grams raw almonds
  • 6 grams cacao powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend.
  2. Make a ball once the ingredients are blended.
  3. Divide the ball into 25g smaller balls and give them round shape using your hands.
  4. Store into an hermetic container.
