(English) Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 riped bananas
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut oil
  • 3 tbsps. Coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla
  • ½ tsp. Baking soda
  • 3 tbsps. Pure cacao powder
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 1 ½ cup oat flour
  • 38 grams dark chocolate (80% cacao)

Instructions

  1. Smash the bananas with a fork.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients (except for the chocolate) and mix all together with a mixer or a kitchen robot.
  3. Cut the chocolate in pieces (reserve some pieces) and add it to the batter.
  4. Pour the batter into a mould and add the rest of the chocolate pieces on top.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes at 175C / 350F.
  6. Let the cake cool before unmould.
