(English) CHOCOLATE, RASPBERRIES AND CONDENSED MILK CRÊPE

Ingredients

CRÊPES

  • 125 grams flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 milliliters milk
  • 2 tbsps. sugar

FILLING

  • 200 milliliters whipping cream
  • 2 tbsps. sugar
  • 1 tbsps. cocoa powder
  • Raspberries
  • Condensed Milk

Instructions

CRÊPES

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Spread some oil in a pan and heat it.
  3. Add some butter in the centre of the pan and spread it all over the pan surface.
  4. Make it both sides until it’s golden.

FILLING

  1. Whip the cream with the sugar.
  2. Add cocoa and mix with a spatula.
  3. Fill the crêpes with a good amount of chocolate cream; add come raspberries and a teaspoon of condensed milk on top.
