(English) Cold Pea Soup

  • Serves: 2 people
  • Level: 2 bowls


  • 325 milliliters veggie stock
  • 120 grams cooked peas
  • ½ sweet onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 dash of milk
  • Cayenne Pepper


  1. Finely chop the onion and the garlic clove.
  2. Into a food processor, put peas, stock, onion, garlic and a dash of olive oil and mix well.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix.
  4. Serve into two bowls and add a dash of milk, a dash of olive oil and some cayenne pepper flakes as decoration.
