  • Level: 1 toast


  • 1 slice of whole-wheat bread
  • 50 grams low fat cottage cheese
  • 3 slices of blue tomato
  • A few drops of chocolate balsamic
  • Thyme and Rosemary
  • Salt


  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Spread the cottage cheese and add come salt and a few drops of chocolate balsamic.
  3. Putt he tomato slices on top and add some thyme, rosemary and salt to taste.
