(English) Curry Chicken with Almond Milk

  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 and 1/2 glass of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Amchoor
  • 2 and 1/2 tbsps. curry powder
  • 30 grams walnuts


  1. Add salt and pepper to the chicken and cut it in big pieces.
  2. Put some olive oil into a frying pan and add the onion and the garlic chopped.
  3. Cook until onion turns transparent.
  4. Take off the heat, put it into a food processor and add the milk. Blend it.
  5. Into a saucepan, make the chicken just until golden.
  6. Put the chicken into a saucepan and add the sauce.
  7. Add curry, salt and amchoor and stir.
  8. Let it cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
