(English) DULCE DE LECHE & BROWN BUTTER APPLE CRÊPE

 

 

Crepes rellenos de dulce de leche y manana con mantequilla

Ingredients

CRÊPES

  • 125 grams flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 milliliters milk
  • 2 tbsps. sugar

FILLING

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • Dulce de leche

Instructions

CRÊPES

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Spread some oil in a pan and heat it.
  3. Add some butter in the centre of the pan and spread it all over the pan surface.
  4. Make it both sides until it’s golden.

FILLING

  1. Melt the butter into a pan and let it Brown at medium heat.
  2. Add the Apple (diced) and let it soft (low heat).
  3. Add sugar, mix well and take off the heat.
  4. Spread a tablespoon of dulce de leche into the crêpe and add a tablespoon of apple.
