(English) Fit & Healthy Pizza (Low Fat and Low Calorie)



Pizza Baja en Grasas

  • Serves: 1 person
  • Level: 1 small pizza


  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla
  • 2 tbsps. Low fat Quark cheese
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 2 turkey slices
  • Arugula
  • Italian Herbs


  1. Put he tortilla into an oven tray.
  2. Add two tablespoons of quark cheese and spread all over the tortilla.
  3. Add tomato and turkey (chopped). Spread some Italian herbs on top.
  4. Heat to oven to 200º and bake for 6-7 minutes.
  5. Take off the oven and add arugula.
