- 2 unsweetened plain yogurts
- 1 small banana
- 20 grams raspberries
- 1 tsp. sugar free muesli
- 10 grams nuts
- Shake the yogurts before open them so they get creamy.
- Put the banana (sliced) in the bottom of a mason jar and add one of the yogurts on top.
- Put the raspberries and add the other yogurt to the jar.
- Finish with the muesli and the nuts, close the jar and it\'s ready!
