(English) Fruit & Nut Yogurt for on the Go

  • Serves: 1 person


  • 2 unsweetened plain yogurts
  • 1 small banana
  • 20 grams raspberries
  • 1 tsp. sugar free muesli
  • 10 grams nuts


  1. Shake the yogurts before open them so they get creamy.
  2. Put the banana (sliced) in the bottom of a mason jar and add one of the yogurts on top.
  3. Put the raspberries and add the other yogurt to the jar.
  4. Finish with the muesli and the nuts, close the jar and it\'s ready!
