(English) Grilled Peach Fool

  • Serves: 2 people
  • Level: 2 jars


  • 35 grams de rolled oats
  • 2 tbsps. Flour
  • 4 tbsps. Sugar
  • 1 tbsps. Butter
  • 2 canned peaches in syrup (4 halves)
  • Olive Oil
  • 300 milliliters whipping cream
  • 3 tbsps. Sugar to whip the cream


  1. In a bowl, mix oats and flour. Add the cold butter and make a crumble using your fingers.
  2. Putt he mix into a pan and when it’s hot, add the sugar. Stir from time to time and let the sugar caramelise until you get something similar to granola.
  3. Take off the pan and let it cool completely.
  4. Meanwhile, put a dash of olive oil in the pan and fry the peaches (without the syrup) both sides.
  5. Take off the heat and reserve.
  6. Whip the cream with the sugar.
  7. Serve the dessert into two glasses or mason jars: 2 tablespoons of granola in the bottom, then a little bit of cream, 1 half of a peach, more cream until filled and end up with the other half on the peach.
