Guinness Brownies with Whiskey Frosting

  • Level: 8-10 squares

Ingredients

BROWNIES

  • 130 grams flour
  • 95 grams cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • 85 grams butter
  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 180 grams white chocolate
  • 4 large eggs
  • 220 milliliters Guinness

FROSTING

  • 150 grams cream cheese
  • 50 grams caster sugar
  • 60 milliliters whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp. Whiskey

Instructions

BROWNIES

  1. Pre-heat oven to 190º.
  2. Beat the eggs, add the sugar and mix well.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa and salt.
  4. Into a saucepan, melt the butter with all the chocolate.
  5. Add all the ingredients to the eggs and mix until you get a smooth batter.
  6. Pour the batter into a squared mould and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let it cool and unmould.

FROSTING

  1. Beat all the ingredients.
  2. Cover the brownies with it when they are completely cold.
