(English) Hibiscus Cashew Milk

  • 500 milliliters water
  • 150 grams cashews
  • 1 tbsp. dried hibiscus


  1. Pour the water into a blender glass and add the cashews.
  2. Blend it.
  3. Sieve it a couple of times using a kitchen cloth if you don\'t have a vegetal drink maker.
  4. Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring it to the boil.
  5. Add the hibiscus and let it infuse for 5 minutes.
  6. Add some stevia if you want it sweeter and serve cold.
