(English) Homemade Bone Broth


  • 1 kilogram chicken bone
  • 1 kilogram cow bone
  • 1 kilogram pok backbone
  • 4 ham ends
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 onion
  • Water until covers all ingredients
  • Salt


  1. Place all the ingredients into a pot and add water until covers everything.
  2. Add salt to taste and bring it to a boil.
  3. Low down the heat to medium, cover the pot and let it cook for 2 hours (1 if you are using a pressure cooker).
