(English) Pasta, Spinach and Chicken Salad

  • Serves: 1 person

Ingredients

  • 50 grams whole-wheat pasta (weight it before cook)
  • 80 grams fresh spinach
  • 1 can of natural cooked chicken
  • 1 boiled egg
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tsp. Poppy seeds
  • 2 tsps. Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta following the instructions in the package.
  2. Serve the spinach in a bowl and add the pasta.
  3. Add chicken, sliced avocado and egg on top.
  4. Dress the salad with poppy seeds, salt and olive oil.
  5. Mix and enjoy.
