Ingredients
- 4 pears
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 6 stars of anise
- 150 grams dark chocolate (min. 70% cacao)
- 3 tbsps. cream
- A dash of whole milk
- Water
Instructions
- Peal the pears and leave the steam on so they look prettier (there\'s no other reason for that)
- Then, put the pears into a saucepan and cover them with water. Add the cinnamon stick and te anise and bring it to a boil. Low donw the heat, cover the saucepan and cook for one hour / one hour and a half; the time will depend on the kind of pear. You can check the pears using a kitchen stick.
- Once they\'re poached, let them cool and make the chocolate in the meantime.
- Melt the chocolate with the cream and the milk and stir until mixed and melted. Pour the chocolate over the cool pears and serve inmediately.
