(English) Slow Cooker Dinner Rolls

  • Serves: 6 people
  • Level: 6 dinner rolls

Ingredients

  • 190 grams Flour
  • 120 milliliters milk
  • 1 tsp. Yeast
  • 1 tbsp. Honey.
  • 2 tbsps. Sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsps. Melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients.
  2. Add milk, honey and butter and knead until you get a dough. Add some more flour if it’s too sticky.
  3. Make a ball with the dough and cover it with a kitchen cloth. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
  4. Make 6 balls (same size) and place them into the slow cooker (I use to place an oven paper in the bottom so they don’t stick).
  5. Cook on “high” for 1 hour.
  6. Spread some melted butter on top and sprinkle some sugar and Brown with a kitchen blowtorch.
