(English) Spinach and grilled peach salad with cashew & yogurt dressing


  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 o 2 peeled peaches
  • Olive Oil
  • Feta Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. chopped cashews
  • 1 low fat plain yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Dill


  1. Make the sauce: chop the cashews and mix them with the yogurt, dill, salt and lemon juice.
  2. Into a frying pan, put a dash of olive oil and grill the peaches (in halves, peeled).
  3. Into a salad bowl, put the spinach and add the peaches. Then add some more cashews and feta cheese.
  4. End up by adding the sauce.
