  • 1 egg
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • Light cream cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Poach the eggs.
  2. Toast the bread slices and spread some cheese on them.
  3. Add spinaches with a dash of olive oil.
  4. Putt he egg on top and add salt and pepper to taste.
