(English) sugar free fudge brownies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup date syrup
  • 3 large eggs
  • 250 grams dark chocolate
  • 4 tbsps. Pure cacao poder
  • 5 tbsps. Oat flour
  • 2 tbsps. Vanilla extract
  • 135 milliliters coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Put he coconut oil and the chocolate into a saucepan and heat it until melted. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
  2. Beat the eggs alongside with the vanilla. Add cacao, oat flour and date syrup and mix well.
  3. Finally, add the melted chocolate and mix.
  4. Pour the batter into a squared mould and bake for 20 minutes at 175ºC.
  5. Let it cool before unmould.
