(English) Vegan Tzatziki Hummus

  • Serves: 4 personas

Ingredients

  • 350 grams chickpeas
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp, water
  • 2 tbsp, soja yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. Tahini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/3 onion
  • 15 grams cucumber
  • 2 tsps. dill

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and the garlic clove.
  2. Put all the ingredients (except olive oil, water, salt and pepper) into a food processor and process.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  4. Add olive oil and water until you get the propper thickness.
  5. Decor with cucumber, dill or vegan white cheese.
