(English) WHITE CHOCOLATE AND BLUBERRY JAM CRÊPE

Ingredients

CRÊPES

  • 125 grams flour
  • 200 milliliters milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsps. sugar

FILLING

  • 200 milliliters whipping cream
  • 2 tbsps. sugar
  • 6 squares of white chocolate
  • Blueberry jam

Instructions

CRÊPES

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Spread some oil in a pan and heat it.
  3. Add some butter in the centre of the pan and spread it all over the pan surface.
  4. Make it both sides until it’s golden.

FILLING

  1. Melt the chocolate and reserve.
  2. Whip the cream with the sugar.
  3. Once the chocolate isn’t hot, add it to the cream and mix using a spatula.
  4. Fill the crêpe with the white chocolate cream and a tablespoon of blueberry jam.
