Have you ever heard about bone broth? It seems to be a trend now in Instagram as cool girls, celebrities and so on are in love with this ancient food/drink. I have drunk broth in my house for my whole live and it’s a must in the winter.
The good thing about bone broth (instead of chicken, meat or vegetable broth) is that if you make it right it, the bones will release all their collagen and you’ll get a broth that is incredibly good for your joints, bones and even for your gut health.
If you make it right you should know you’ll get a broth that will solidify when you put it in the fridge and it will become jelly. But don’t worry, it will recover its original state as soon as you warm it again.
