Ensalada de pasta y habas

Pasta is a very healthy and good dish if you eat it properly and in the right amounts as it fills you up with energy. A great way to eat pasta is into a salad and avoiding sauces (especially the ones you buy in the supermarket as they use to contain too much sugar and fats.

Pasta salad is fresh, easy and fast to make. If you use some veggies, beans and cheese you get a very complete meal. And I also like to add some berries (in this case, cranberries) as I love the crunchy, squizzy, acid touch in my salad but, if you don’t like them or you can’t find them, feel free to change them for any other ingredient you like.

(English) Pasta & Bean Salad

  • Serves: 1
  • Level: 1 bol


  • 100 grams pasta
  • 100 grams beans
  • 1 tbsp. Mozzarella balls
  • 1 tbsp. Cranberries
  • ½ avocado
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt


  1. Cook pasta and beans (separately) following the package instructions.
  2. Cut ½ avocado into slices.
  3. Into a salad bowl, place pasta, beans, avocado, mozzarella and cranberries.
  4. Add salt to taste and a dash of olive oil.
