
If you usually visit my Instagram stories, you should already know my favourite salad. I use toe at it on Fridays, as they are the day I burn more calories with my normal life and workouts and pasta gives me the energy I need.
It’s a perfect dish for summer and also if you want to eat some pasta but don’t want to eat a huge amount of it.

Ingredients
- 50 grams whole-wheat pasta (weight it before cook)
- 80 grams fresh spinach
- 1 can of natural cooked chicken
- 1 boiled egg
- ½ avocado
- 1 tsp. Poppy seeds
- 2 tsps. Olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Cook the pasta following the instructions in the package.
- Serve the spinach in a bowl and add the pasta.
- Add chicken, sliced avocado and egg on top.
- Dress the salad with poppy seeds, salt and olive oil.
- Mix and enjoy.

Hola, Ainoa! Suelo comprarla en Mercadona o de la marca Barilla en Carrefour. A mí, personalmente, la de Mercadona me gusta mucho y es la que más consumo; la otra es muy buena pero es más cara.
