Galette Salada de Crema de Queso, Alcachofas y Tomates Secos

Galette Salada con crema de queso súper suave, alcachofas y tomates secos

Usually, galettes are sweet, filled with fruits or jams. In fact, I have in my blog one filled with Dulce de leche and apple. But, today, I’m here with a savoury version of the galette.

This version in filled with a super soft cream made with milk, Camembert Cream and spread cheese and then some artichokes and dried tomatoes.

I buy the dried tomatoes and rehydrate them at home for a week in a jar with olive oil. Then, you can use the oil to add it to your pizzas and it taste truly amazing. Anyways, they sell them hydrated in oil too.

My advice is to add the tomatoes to the galette in the last 10 minutes of baking so they don’t get too hard to eat them. I made two galettes and learnt from my mistakes with the first one.
