Humus Casi Tradicional

Hummus con jengibre

Hummus is, in my huble opinion, one of the best inventions ever. Even though you can buy realy good hummus in the supermarkets in Spain, I always prefer homemade choices as you should know by now. So as long as I have time, I made my own hummus so I know what I’m eating.

I say it’s almost a classic hummus because I use a tahini made by my selft with non-roasted white sesame seeds and I have changed the ground cumin and add some ground ginger.

If you add some seeds on top and a dash of olive oil it will become the best movie snack ever, I promis.
