Paté Vegano de Champiñones y Nueces

This mushroom and walnut pate is perfect for everyone. It’s suitable for vegans and vegetarians as it doesn’t involve any animal product and it’s also suitable for lactose intolerants.

The texture is perfect and super creamy and the flavour is so soft that everyone will love it. It’s a perfect dish for meetings with family and friends or as a snack and it’s really easy and fast to prepare. Everyone will love it!

(English) Mushroom & Walnut Pate

  • Serves: 8


  • 250 grams Portobello Mushrooms
  • 50 grams Walnuts
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tbsps. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh parsley
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Slice the mushrooms and reserve
  2. Chop the onion.
  3. Into a pan, putt he olive oil and the onion and cook until it starts to get transparent.
  4. Add the mushrooms and cover the pan until they have released all the water.
  5. Add parsley (chopped) and cook for a couple of minutes at a high temperature.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Smash the walnuts and put them into a food processor. And the mushrooms and process until you get a smooth and creamy pate.
