We go on with our purpose of making your lives better and healthier one more week. So we have today a delicious recipe of Curry Chicken that will absolutely delight you. And it’s healthier than the traditional recipe as we don’t use coconut milk but almond milk.

In this new recipe, we can find the main source of proteins in the chicken. Those nutrients will help our muscle tissue to regenerate after exercising. They’re also important in a regular basis as they help in the regeneration and creation of tissues.

We can also find some protein in the walnuts but, above all, Omega-3, that’s very important for the heart. It also has this function the olive oil, main ingredient in the Mediterranean diet.

This recipe is very low in carbs so if you are following a low carb diet it’s perfect for you.

(English) Curry Chicken with Almond Milk

  • Serves: 3
  • Level: 3 dishes


  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 and 1/2 glass of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Amchoor
  • 2 and 1/2 tbsps. curry powder
  • 30 grams walnuts


  1. Add salt and pepper to the chicken and cut it in big pieces.
  2. Put some olive oil into a frying pan and add the onion and the garlic chopped.
  3. Cook until onion turns transparent.
  4. Take off the heat, put it into a food processor and add the milk. Blend it.
  5. Into a saucepan, make the chicken just until golden.
  6. Put the chicken into a saucepan and add the sauce.
  7. Add curry, salt and amchoor and stir.
  8. Let it cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
