Shakshuka is a dish that’s been in my mind for a while. Those pans filled with tomato and eggs looks so great! And as I0m allergic to tomato, I can’t avoid crying a little when I can’t eat them or even try them.
But, as many other times, I have managed to adapt the dish so I can eat it. Jamie Oliver has a recipe of a Green Shakshuka and that gave me the idea; but my recipe is quite different.
And what’s my big surprise? It tastes very similar to “pisto” an amazing Spanish dish that is one of my all time favourites so I guess more and more Green Shakshukas are coming.
