Espaguetis de calabaza en 10 minutos: con atún y requesón

A lot of you have asked via Instagram me for this noodles I made myself for dinner last week. So I have decided to write down the recipe so you can check it whwnever and wherever you want.

I really think butternut suash noodles are the best invention ever. Although I don’t enjoy very much zuchinny noodles, I’m completely in love with butternut squash as they can be more crunchy. I enjoy tem with tune and some cottage cheese but another espectacular combo is chicken + good olive oil so give them a try and let me know tagging me in Instagram and I’ll repost your pics!

  • Prep Time: 10m
  • Serves: 1
  • Level: 1 dish

  • 175 grams butternut squash noodles
  • 50 grams cottage cheese
  • 60 grams tuna
  • A dash of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  1. Put a dash of olive oil into a pan and add the noodles. Cook until you get the texture that you want. I love mine not very soft and a little crunchy so I cook them high heat and just for a couple of minutes.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste and tuna. Stir for a minute and take off the heat.
  3. Serve with the cottage cheese and mix.
