Barritas Paleo de Cacao y Coco

I’m completely obsessed with paleo bars. I was so sick of super commercial bars with lots of ingredients that you can’t even read and huge amounts of sugars and artificial sweeteners that I’m so into raw bars! And they just have fruit and nuts.

They are pure energy and super healthy and they can be made at home in a moment. Also, if you don’t have any store that sells them near your house, like me, they are the perfect alternative as they taste exactly the same.

(English) Raw Cocoa and Coconut Bars

  • Level: 6 bars (50g each)


  • 100 grams dates
  • 100 grams dried berries
  • 45 grams almonds
  • 45 grams cashews
  • 15 grams grated coconut
  • 15 grams pure cocoa


  1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and mix them.
  2. Put the batter into a mould and press with your fingers to makeit compact.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cut the bars.
  4. Take of the fridge and make 50g portions.
  5. You can store it into a tupperware or freeze them.
