I’m completely in love with chocolate; the more the better. And, of course, I love chocolate desserts. The problem with brownies is that they are usually not very good and served hot so they can cover that they’re dry.
The other big problem is walnuts. I have brownies with walnut because I love brownies and that’s it, no pieces of anything into my chocolate, please.
This version is the King of brownies and very Irish. It’s made with Guinness and has a Whiskey frosting on top that makes them irresistible.
