I’m so in love with doughs and kneading! What can I say… And despite of the hot weather, I can’t help making some bread. I have found the solution to the issue of turning on the oven and feeling like I’m in hell; it’s called slow cooker.
These dinner rolls are quite awesome, they are spongy and the dough is so fast to make! And then you put them into the slow cooker for an hour and you can forget about them. In no time at all you’ve got some amazing buns for breakfast, lunch, dinner, to fill with sweet or savoury, never mind. I especially love them with cheese but I must say with chocolate are great too.
