Trufas de Té Matcha y Chocolate Blanco

Trufas de chocolate blanco y té matcha

After the initial shock of paying for matcha tea (oh, Lord, how can it be so expensive!) I have decided to treat myself with this great white chocolate and matcha truffles.

They are the dumbest thing in the world to “cook” and you will be the king of the house, the party or the meeting because they look elegant and cool thanks to the green matcha colour… You know, so hipster…

And the you coat them with whatever you want (that matches flavours, please) and you get some pretty interesting balls to make as a gift for yourself or for the others.
