Against all odds, popcorn is a perfectly healthy snack. Nevertheless you may know that I’m not talking about the ones that you can find in cinemas, of course, as they are full of butter, unhealthy fats and salt.

Corn is, indeed, very rich in fiber and it will help you to fill full for a while so it’s the perfect snack to eat while watching your favourite film/ TV series/ YouTube vídeo.

You may think is quite boring to eat them all natural so I’m giving you a very healthy recipe that will transform your plain popcorn into a snack full of flavour.

Palomitas saludables a las finas hierbas

(English) Fine Herbs Popcorn

  • Serves: 2
  • Level: 2 bowls


  • 85 grams corn
  • 5 tbsps. Olive Oil
  • Rosemary
  • Thyme
  • Salt


  1. Make the popcorn by putting the corn into a microwave safe popcorn bowl or in the frying pan.
  2. Into a small bowl, put the olive oil with the salt, rosemary and thyme.
  3. Mix well and enjoy.
