Barritas de frutos secos y lima

This bars are a must when I need some extra energy and it’s the thing I crave the most. The ones they sell in stores are so expensive that I prefer to do them myself. But I must warn you, they are addictive and if you don’t live aone they will disappear as fast as you say yum!

You probably remember that I already have a raw bar recipe on blog (Coconut & Cacao Raw Bars) but this one is muchs more refreshing ang light thanks to the lime. Of course, as I always say, if you don’t fancy the flavour of limes you can change it, try new things and, of course tell me if you do so!

(English) Nuts & Lime Raw Bars

  • Prep Time: 20m
  • Level: 8 bars


  • 100 grams dates
  • 100 grams dried berries
  • 45 grams almonds
  • 45 grams cashews
  • 1 lime zest


  1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and mix them.
  2. Put the batter into a mould and press with your fingers to makeit compact.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cut the bars.
  4. Take of the fridge and make 35g portions.
  5. You can store it into a tupperware or freeze them.
