After the Easter seasonal desserts and with the summer coming really fast, a lot of you must be thinking about healthy eating. And, well, I’m too because we will have to get the swimsuit on sooner or later.
I know it’s not fair to be posting around sweet things tempting you all so, today, I’m giving you a sweet alternative for those days you want to eat healthy but need something sweet.
This crumble is not zero calories and it’s not super healthy but it is low calorie as a portion without ice-cream is only 108 Kcal. Also, if you use sugar-free ice cream or a couple of tablespoons of very cold vanilla soya yogurt, you will be enjoying a good low calorie dessert.
