(English) Almost Classic Hummus

Ingredientes

  • 200 gramos cooked chickpeas
  • 2 tbsps. lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 ctsp. ground ginger
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp. tahini (made with white sesame seeds)
  • 3 tbsps. water
  • 2 tbsps. olive oil
  • A dash of olive oil as decoration
  • White and black sesame seeds

Instrucciones

  1. Mix all the ingredientes (except for the dash of olive oil and the seeds) with a blender.
  2. Add a dash of olive oil and the seeds when serving and eat woth some pita bread os toasts.
