Quinoa and Wild Rice Salad

Ingredientes

  • 100 gramos baby spinach
  • 30 gramos Wild rice (before cook)
  • 20 gramos quinoa (before cook)
  • 20 gramos grated carrot
  • ¼ avocado
  • 50 gramos bimi
  • 20 gramos red onion
  • ½ tsp. poppy seeds
  • ½ tsp. flax seeds
  • 50 gramos chicken
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil

Instrucciones

  1. Steam the bimi in the microwave. To do that, put the bimi into a bowl and place it into the microwave with a glass of water by its side. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Cook the rice and the quinoa following the instructions in the package.
  3. Place the spinach in a bowl and add the quinoa. Mix well.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and finish adding the seed, salt and pepper.
