Ingredientes
- 350 gramos chickpeas
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- ½ lemon juice
- 1 tbsp, water
- 2 tbsp, soja yogurt
- 1 tbsp. Tahini
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/3 onion
- 15 gramos cucumber
- 2 tsps. dill
Instrucciones
- Chop the onion and the garlic clove.
- Put all the ingredients (except olive oil, water, salt and pepper) into a food processor and process.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
- Add olive oil and water until you get the propper thickness.
- Decor with cucumber, dill or vegan white cheese.
