(English) Veggie sandwich with Hummus


  • 3 whole wheat bread slices
  • Parsnip
  • Red Cabbage
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Fresh Spinaches
  • Avocado
  • Chive
  • Tzatziki Hummus


  1. Cut some thin slices of parsnip and roll them in flour. Grilled them in a saucepan.
  2. Toast the bread slices.
  3. Putt he first bread slice and spread a thick layer of hummus on top. Add a bunch of spinaches and red cabbage.
  4. Putt he second bread slice and add some avocado slices, a couple of tablespoons of bean sprouts and the parsnip slices.
