You know that lately, experts are saying that breakfasts are not as important as we thought and also that it’s not compulsory to be healthy. But for me it’s very important as I wake up really, really hungry.

This breakfast is quite complete but I like to complete it by eating another source of protein because I move a lot and I need extra energy to start the day. If you are not as active as I am, it will fit you for sure without the extras.

The thing is that my mom brought home some grapes from her village and I couldn’t miss the chance of showing you the options that this fruits can offer to you.

(English) YOGURT WITH GRILLED GRAPES AND ALMONDS BREAKFAST

  • Prep Time: 15m
  • Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 plain low fat yogurts
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tbsps. Water
  • A handful of grapes
  • 7 -8 almonds
  • 2 tsps. Rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Shake the yogurts before open them so you get a creamier texture.
  2. Put them into a bowl and reserve.
  3. Put a dash of olive oil into a pan and putt he grapes with the water inside. Cover it and let the grapes release the water.
  4. Place the grapes on top of the yogurt and top it with almonds and rolled oats.
